Madeira, a manufacturer of high-end embroidery threads, has introduced 50 new shades for its PolyNeon 75 embroidery thread to make it easier to find the perfect thread in the PolyNeon range to fit embroidering needs.
The PolyNeon range by Madeira consists of three thicknesses – 40, 60 and 75 – made from polyester. They are made using special winding methods, unique to Madeira, which guarantee that it will run well at high speed without looping, a defect often associated with other polyester embroidery threads. The embroidery thread range is dyed using special dye processes, making it extremely fast to chlorine. This enables the use of these threads in swimwear and activewear.
PolyNeon 75 is one of the finest polyester embroidery threads in the market, which is perfect for attaching sequins and for producing detailed letters and intricate filigree embroideries. The superfine embroidery thread offers embroiderers a way to achieve unparalleled detail in embroideries, making production of crystal-clear small text and fine details easier than ever before. PolyNeon 75 also works to combat puckering when embroidering on stretchy or performance fabrics, such as sportswear and facilitates embroideries on lightweight fabrics, with the embroidery thread flowing authentically with the delicate textile and garment design.
The new shades of PolyNeon 75 will be available in a separate colour card and will also be included in the new PolyNeon card, which will be ready early next year.
