Armed robbers looted BDT 1.6 crore from garment factory employees in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh when the money was being transported in a micro bus to another factory of the Oboni Group yesterday. This has reportedly been confirmed by RAB 4 Company Commander Maj Abdul Hakim.

The miscreants fired blank shots as the microbus reached Nazimnagar area and flew with money snatched from the employees. One arrest has been made in this connection.
