MySize Inc., developer of proprietary, smartphone measurement applications for apparel industry, has started the development of a new app meant to support offline shopping and on site retail sales by encouraging return visits.

The sales team at an offline retailer would use this app to create a measurement profile for customers present at the store which can be used for future purpose, online or offline. This indeed is likely to encourage return visits and increase customer loyalty together with their retention.

Ronen Luzon, CEO, MySize said, “To date, it’s been all about the online clothes shopping, which continues to grow at lightning speed. However, offline retail remains the bigger piece of the pie and a very important market. Our intention is to improve the shopping experience for all customers, whether shopping on or off line so that can always choose the right size, the first time.  And, like we always say, happy customers mean less returns and better profits for retailers. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.”
