Forever New, the fast-growing Australian fashion retailer, has chosen to address its woes accompanying its international expansions with WFX Cloud PLM. The solution has helped the retailer design a multifaceted merchandise management system for its 250 stores in seven countries and global sourcing network. The company was previously working with integration of product systems and Retail POS which proved to be a restriction as major gaps in information flow prevailed. The information gaps continued through buyer commitments and warehouse visibility. WFX’s solution tracks product data across multiple global locations from initial concept through to supplier commitment, integrating with planning and merchandise management. “WFX is a well-rounded solution because of its dual portfolio – a PLM as well as an ERP application,” shares Matt Keays, General Manager – Global IT, Forever New.
