Spanish women’s apparel retailer Trucco will provide its customers with the new TrueSize measurement app from MySize Inc., developer of unique measurement technology applications for smartphones, in Spring 2017 which will help in selecting appropriate sizes from the e-commerce website while shopping.

The customer will have to download the TrueSize app and select a piece of clothing from the brand’s existing wardrobe which fits the way they like. In next step, the customer has to place the garment on a table and wave their smartphone over it. TrueSize then calculates the exact result. Based on this, the Trucco system will instantly recommend what size the customer should choose in the piece in consideration. This will result in increased sales for the retailer as there will not be any waste of time/money in returning products over wrong fit.

“We are always looking for ways to improve the online shopping experience of our customers. We believe that integrating the TrueSize solution, which is impressively accurate, will empower online customers to select the right size of the garment of choice, the first time.  Happy customers mean improved conversion rates and less returns,” said Monica De Pablos, Director – E-Commerce, Trucco.
