The grand opening celebrations for new stores in Davenport in Iowa, Queens in New York and Hinesville in Georgia is set to take place on March 10-12.
“We look forward to celebrating the grand opening of five new stores in three different states,” said Lauren Hobart, Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, Dick’s Sporting Goods, adding, “Having a presence in these cities will allow us to better-serve the athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who live there. These will be our first stores in Davenport and Queens, so we hope the community joins us for the celebrations that we have planned.”
In the Glendale area of Queens, Dick’s will celebrate the grand opening of one of the former Sports Authority locations that the company took over late last year.
