In view of the steadily expanding jeans segment, the companies will display several new automatic sewing solutions which have been developed within the past two years by the companies. The exhibition is kept open by the brands for jeans manufacturers all over the world to explore their latest innovations.

Displaying their automatic pocket hemmer, single-needle high-speed seamer with compound feed, postbed sewing machine for double-needle topstitching operations, two-thread chain stitch high-speed seamer with differential bottom feed, integrated workstation to automatically attach the waistbands and more, PFAFF is keeping the focus on jeans-related machinery.

Similarly, DÜRKOPP ADLER is exhibiting their automatic double-chain stitch eyelet buttonholer, CNC-controlled automatic lockstitch bar-tacker, a sewing unit for attaching of pre-creased jeans pockets and a pocket creaser for pre-folding of pockets to ease the critical operations of jeans manufacturing. BEISLER will also contribute by putting up their semi-automatic machines used for sewing jeans side seams and inseams, at the show.

Also at the exhibition, a discussion will be held on the potential usage of robot technology (KSL) by PFAFF in the jeans section along with an analysis of how the machine brands can provide support to the jeans manufacturers in having a modern and efficient production. The exhibition will also include a guided tour of the modern production facilities at PFAFF INDUSTRIAL in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
