DTG 2017 to raise curtains on February 23

2017 Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition (DTG), the largest-ever trade fair of its kind in Bangladesh, will run from February 23-26, at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC).

The 14th edition of the garment trade fair is jointly organized by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co. Ltd. The show is expecting presence of over 1,000 exhibitors from 33 countries – Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Czech, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherland, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam and many more.

The apparel show will also include the Celebrity Hall, for the first time this year, which will be used to highlight the high-end overseas apparel fabrics and accessories brands. Other than this, innovations in textile & garment processing, and production aspects such as spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, testing, washing, embroidery, sewing, etc. will be presented at the fair.

It may be noted that garment machinery suppliers such as Mayer & Cie, Pai Lung, Santoni, Shima Seiki, Stoll, Terrot, Picanol, M&R, CTMTC, Fong’s, Groz-Beckert, Karl Mayer, LMW, Rieter, Saurer, Truetzschler, Toyota and others, will display their latest technologies at DTG 2017.
