GARCO 10 targets 6% rise in revenue

Garment 10 Corporation JSC (GARCO 10), a Vietnam-based apparel exporter, is targeting a 6 per cent rise in revenue in 2017 compared to last year. The company aims to earn a revenue of VNĐ 3.1 trillion and make a profit of VNĐ 62.5 billion in current fiscal. “The company will take initiatives and adopt austerity measures, besides prioritizing product quality, improving labour productivity and enhancing corporate governance in order to achieve these objectives,” said Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền, General Director, GARCO 10.

It may be noted that the company made a total estimated revenue of VNĐ 2.9 trillion in previous year, marked by 6.42 per cent year-on-year increase and which is 2 per cent higher than its annual target.

GARCO 10 is one of the largest companies in Vietnam’s textile and garment sector. It annually produces around 21 million high-quality products of different types, more than 80 per cent of which is exported to European countries, the United States, Japan and Hong Kong.
