IMG-20150325-WA0007-copy-coSatsang and prayers for Goddess Vaishno Mata during Navratri pooja festival was an eye-catching and heartening experience at Radnik Exports, Noida. There are almost 1,000 women working in the unit. During their various lunch breaks, most of them visited the temple situated inside the factory premises and celebrated the festival of Navratri continuously. Most of the women were fasting during these days but despite all this, there was no impact on their productivity and this get-together was a ‘feel good factor’ for the entire factory.

“To the best of my knowledge, it is just done in our factory and we all are really happy as we don’t have time to go to temple in the morning. So we worship here for 10-12 minutes during the satsang held in our factory,” told a female worker. She confirmed that the factory too has good and clean space for namaz, and factory happily supports its employees by offering them time for necessary prayers.

Radnik Exports is one of the leading export houses of Delhi-NCR having best practices for its employees, besides it also supports them in various ways like hiring people who are handicapped, and providing scholarships to the kids of the workers, among other welfare activities.
